Weber White is a white high strength 12 hr setting cement-based adhesive for interior and external installations. This product is also suitable for fixing all types of tiles. This adhesive has a 1 hr pot life and is designed for easy application.
STEP 1
Add 5 L of water. Bond-It additive is recommended for external tiling.
STEP 2
Add 20 kg of adhesive slowly while stirring mixture.
STEP 3
Mix to a smooth creamy consistency. Use of a mechanical mixer is prefered for best results.
STEP 4
Allow to thicken for 3-5 mins.
STEP 5
Final Mix - to remove any excess air trapped in mix.
STEP 6
Apply adhesive with wall or floor notched trowel in one direction. Avoid the swirling application of tile adhesive.
Tip: Bed dry tiles into the adhesive with a twisting action to ensure full contact between the background, tiles and adhesive.
When fixing lightweight or soft backed glazed ceramic wall tiles the adhesive bed thickness should not exceed 5 mm.
